Shenneng Solid Waste: Choking the Most Dangerous Source of Pollution-Heavy Metals

The total assets of Shenneng Solid Waste is 2.4 billion, and the M & A of Oriental Garden is 1.46 billion, accounting for 60% of the shares. Shenneng solid waste treatment scale is 150000 tons/year, and the three-year profit commitment is 0.18 billion 2015, 0.21 billion 2016 and 0.24 billion 2017. He Qiaonu said frankly: "In fact, when I contacted Shenneng Solid Waste, I didn't quite understand the value of this company, but I said at the time that this is necessary."

She explained that for a long time, one of the biggest problems encountered by Oriental Gardens in projects such as rivers, lakes and cultivated land management is heavy metal pollution. "We can deal with total nitrogen, total phosphorus, COD, SS are not a problem, but we can't deal with heavy metals. But heavy metals are particularly harmful, and there are heavy metals in the air we eat, drink, and exhale, and the content is much higher than in Europe and the United States. Heavy metals are difficult to deal with, and the cost is very high, but we need to get it out."

Before Oriental Garden took over Shenneng solid waste, Shenneng had a 150000-ton hazardous waste treatment certificate, but before 2014, due to limited collection and transportation channels, the company's actual treatment capacity was only 50000 tons. The dilemma in Shenneng's actual operation is also a microcosm of the domestic hazardous waste industry: according to a survey, there are 76 million tons of hazardous waste treatment certificates in China, and only 30 million tons, less than half, are actually in operation.

Shenneng collects and processes copper-based sludge from circuit board factories and electroplating plants, while electroplating, circuit board and other industries have been prosperous in China for decades. Where has all the sludge gone? "Must be stolen row, so our rivers and lakes, soil will be so difficult to control. There are no big companies in the hazardous waste industry except Dongjiang Environmental Protection, and I think that this industry must have big companies to do it and use the resources of big companies to standardize the process. After taking over Shenneng, He Qiaonu has a new plan: "This year we are going to expand the scale to 1 million tons, first expand our factory to 300000 tons, and then do some branch factories in the surrounding area. If it is expanded to 1 million tons, there will be at least more than 1 billion of the profits, belonging to the Oriental Garden 60%, that is, at least 0.6 billion."

Wuzhong solid waste, Jinyuan copper industry: the gradual development of harmless strategy.

Oriental Garden bought 80% of Wuzhong Solid Waste for 0.142 billion yuan and promised to inject capital into the 50 million. For 20 million yuan, it bought 100 percent of Fuyang Jinyuan Copper. The promised profit for Wuzhong solid waste is 50 million.

The main business of Wuzhong solid waste is the incineration, recycling and sale of industrial solid waste (the disposal of hazardous waste is operated according to the project approved by the Hazardous Waste Business License), and the source of profit is mainly the disposal fee charged when receiving hazardous waste. After the acquisition, what he qiaonu felt most was the rapid increase in the disposal fee: "originally we received less than 3,000 yuan per ton for the disposal fee, but now we receive 6,000 yuan per ton, because there was suddenly a lot of hazardous waste to burn outside. we used to be a furnace with a scale of 3,000 tons, but now it has become 20,000 tons."

For the selection of several hazardous waste enterprises, He Qiaonv valued the technical level. "Most of the treatment plants, the few who can make money, the technical level of which is critical, for the treatment technology, we did a detailed research. We received a few, the disposal operating costs are much lower than others, but the extraction of a lot more than others."

For Wuzhong solid waste, He Qiaonu plans to expand the scale to 500,000 tons to 1 million tons. Based on a profit of more than 1,000 yuan per ton, there will be a profit of 5 to 1 billion yuan. "I want to expand it this year or next year, which is a move in the series of harmless oriental gardens." Regarding Jinyuan Copper, He Qiaonu said: "We are going to expand it to 150000 tons."

Zhongshan Environmental Protection and Shanghai Liyuan: Important Chips on the Starting Line of Township Water Affairs

In November last year, Oriental Garden bought 100 percent of Zhongshan Environmental Protection for 0.95 billion yuan and 100 percent of Shanghai Liyuan for 0.33 billion yuan. Zhongshan Environmental Protection is mainly located in sewage treatment projects in small and medium-sized towns and rural areas, and its main customers are government departments, state-owned enterprises and public institutions. Shanghai Liyuan's products are mainly water treatment systems, mainly serving the fields of municipal water treatment, industrial water treatment and industrial sewage treatment. He Qiaonu said that the acquisition of the two water treatment related companies is an important beginning for Oriental Garden to lay out in the field of township water affairs.

In the past, the strategic planning of Oriental Garden for township water affairs was to make 1000 towns, each town 0.15 billion about sewage, that is, a total of 15 billion township sewage treatment. Because our water environment business has been deployed in two hundred cities, on this basis, it will be easier to graft township water services."

For this reason, in addition to the merger and acquisition of Zhongshan environmental protection personnel and Shanghai Liyuan, Oriental Garden has also established a water affairs department, and the action plan for how many provinces and counties it will take is also in place.
